Key Responsibilities:- Process and post payments to customer accounts, including checks, credit cards, wire/ACH, and intra-company transfers.
- Process daily assigned lockbox suspense items.
- Confer with Customer Support Specialists to prepare payments for A/R processing.
- Maintain daily posted payments report.
- Perform other duties as assigned or as may be necessary.
- 3+ years experience in accounts receivable/cash application.
- Basic math and analytical skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.
- Knowledge of credit and collections, invoicing, accounts receivable and customer service principles, practices and regulations.
