Cybersecurity Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Principal Specialist/EE Comms to join our team in the Springfield area.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring the continuity of all program aspects, requiring hands-on efforts in testing, provisioning, and maintaining Communications equipment and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operational tradecraft, excellent communication skills, and a technical background in areas such as cellular networks, networking, and cloud architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple strategic engineering developments for tailored communications capabilities supporting operational and administrative requirements while deployed.
- Maintain awareness of commercial industry and proprietary communications capabilities to ensure a diversified portfolio of capabilities and mitigate UTS threats.
- Provide technical provisioning and issuance of communications solutions, including tailored cellular phones, data pucks, cloud infrastructure, VPNs, simulated RF environments, PTT radios, Virtual Machines, and more.
- Configure, test, and maintain commercially manufactured hand-held radios operating in the VHF and UHF range.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent is required, in absence of a diploma 5 years of relevant experience is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- Must live in WMA area as no relocation is provided for this role.
- Must have TS/SCI security clearance with Poly on day one of employment and must be eligible for crossover.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
