Nursing Professional Development Manager

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Nursing Professional Development Manager to lead our psychiatric nursing team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing programs for staff development, education, research, quality, and defining and implementing evidence-based practice.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree, clinical or professional specialty certification, and 3-5 years of nursing practice experience in psychiatry nursing, as well as 2-3 years of progressive leadership experience.
As a Nursing Professional Development Manager, you will be accountable for hiring and evaluating staff performance, and resource stewardship. You will work closely with our Nursing Professional Practice Model and strategic goals to advance nursing professional practice.
