- Recruit, hire, and retain high-performing clinical leadership staff.
- Foster a culture of continuous professional development and training for leaders.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with important stakeholders, such as families, healthcare providers, community organizations, and funding sources.
- Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and other events to raise awareness and garner support for clinic services.
- Advocate for policies and initiatives that cater to the needs of children with autism and their families.
- Develop and manage the clinical services budget, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability.
