Compensation: $50 per hour on W2 basis only

Preferred Work Arrangement: Hybrid model with on-site presence in Raleigh, NC for 3 days and remote work for 2 days

Position Overview:

  • Implement and configure SailPoint Identity Now solutions effectively.
  • Manage operational tasks, including system health assessments, routine updates, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Oversee the identity lifecycle management for new hires, internal transfers, and terminations.
  • Establish, execute, and uphold identity governance policies.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure the protection of identity data integrity.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to end-users.
  • Monitor system performance, perform audits, and communicate findings to management.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in identity management.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with SailPoint Identity Now and Identity Management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of identity governance and administration (IGA) principles.
  • Experience with cloud-based environments and SaaS applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft products.
