Administrative Branch Specialist

Advanced Exterior Systems is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Administrative Specialist to manage all general office duties.
This role requires a high level of discretion, as responsibilities include confidentiality of contracts, payments, and revenue to the branch.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage branch-level HR issues related to benefits, employee relations, and general field questions.
- Establish and maintain human resource records, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
- Generate Certified Payroll Reports for federal jobs.
- Ensure timely subcontractor payments and obtain lien waivers.
- Investigate issues and problems affecting branch operations.
- Assist with Accounts Payable, Billings, and office events.
- Minimum high school degree, with a preference for additional education or equivalent experience in accounting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
- Notary public certification.
- Understanding of Apple products and ability to set up and utilize iPads, assist with iPhone issues.
- Knowledge of HR and benefit-related topics.
- Bilingualism is a plus.
