Job Title: Electrophysiology Technician

We are seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Technician to join our team at American Traveler. As a travel Electrophysiology Technician, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and healthcare professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

The Electrophysiology Technician will be responsible for assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias and other heart conditions. This will involve performing various tests and procedures, such as electrocardiograms (ECGs) and electrophysiology studies (EPS).

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and performance of electrophysiology studies and other cardiac tests
  • Operate and maintain electrophysiology equipment, including ECG machines and EPS devices
  • Collect and analyze data from tests and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Current professional license as required by the state
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Valid BLS through the American Heart Association
  • Specialty-related certifications are preferred and may be required for specific travel positions
