Responsibilities:

* Assist in the performance of electrophysiology procedures, including ablation, device implantation, and cardioversion.
* Monitor and record patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms during procedures.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hospital standards and protocols.
* Collaborate with the medical team to ensure accurate and efficient patient care.

Requirements:

* 2 years of experience in electrophysiology or a related field.
* Basic Knowledge Assessment Test (BKAT) required for RNs.
* VA state license required for CSTs and OR Techs.
* Nursys verification required as applicable.

Work Schedule:

* 40 hours per week.
* Day shift.
* Late shifts: 1-2 per week.
* Weekend requirement: none.
* Holiday requirement: possible summer holiday call.

Additional Information:

* VCU Medical Center provides scrubs and BKAT.
* Government issued photo ID required.
