About the Role

The Branch Assistant Manager plays a vital role in supporting the Branch Manager in organizing and implementing strategies to drive success in a Sherwin-Williams Automotive Branch. This includes overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including customer service, sales, marketing, merchandising, inventory, finances, and store safety. The ideal candidate will assist in supervising and training store staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
