About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a member of our Orthopedic team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our clinical network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting, working collaboratively with healthcare teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Perform a variety of tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility, including patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patient-centered care and promoting positive health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including referrals, consultations, and follow-up appointments.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • Recent nursing experience, preferably in an orthopedic setting.
  • Telephone triage experience, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.
