Position: Leasing Manager

We are seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee all functions related to apartment leasing, including move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals, with the aim of maximizing occupancy and ensuring resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting property tours, managing applications, and preparing lease documentation
  • Inspecting units to confirm readiness for new residents
  • Utilizing property management software to monitor availability and manage resident information
  • Maintaining common areas and addressing service requests
  • Generating new lease agreements and meeting sales targets
  • Inspiring and training team members to achieve leasing objectives
  • Following up with potential residents and resolving tenant inquiries
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in leasing or property management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities
  • Spanish language skills are advantageous
