Licensed Practical Nurse - Benedictine Care Facility

Work Schedule: Opportunities available for full-time, part-time, and on-call positions.

Role Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for delivering exceptional care to residents within the nursing facility and in their homes, under the guidance of a Nurse Case Manager or Clinical Supervisor. This role adheres to established nursing protocols and complies with the Nurse Practice Act, ensuring all actions align with relevant State and Federal regulations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education that meets certification, licensing, or registration requirements.
  • Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
  • Driving may be necessary for this position; compliance with state driving laws is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of patient care experience in a skilled nursing environment or medical clinic.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Acute Care, Home Health, or Public Health nursing.
