Funciones del Especialista en Mantenimiento:

  • Asistir en el mantenimiento general de las instalaciones, incluyendo pintura, limpieza, y reparaciones menores.
Habilidad para realizar tareas de plomería ligera (reparaciones de inodoros, lavabos y trampa P).

  • Apoyar en tareas de jardinería, como reparaciones de sistemas de riego.
  • Realizar reparaciones de HVAC, incluyendo limpieza de bobinas y cambios de filtros.
  • Colaborar en tareas de mantenimiento según se indique o asigne.

Requisitos del Especialista en Mantenimiento:

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia previa en mantenimiento de instalaciones.
  • Experiencia en diagnóstico y reparación de plomería.
  • Habilidades en carpintería son necesarias.
  • Se prefiere experiencia en sistemas de jardinería y riego.
Conocimientos básicos de informática – Suite de MS Office.

Horario:
Turno de tarde: Lunes a Jueves de 3:30 p.m. a 2:00 a.m.

Compensación:
$27-30/hora según experiencia.
