Funciones del Especialista en Mantenimiento:
- Asistir en el mantenimiento general de las instalaciones, incluyendo pintura, limpieza, y reparaciones menores.
- Apoyar en tareas de jardinería, como reparaciones de sistemas de riego.
- Realizar reparaciones de HVAC, incluyendo limpieza de bobinas y cambios de filtros.
- Colaborar en tareas de mantenimiento según se indique o asigne.
Requisitos del Especialista en Mantenimiento:
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia previa en mantenimiento de instalaciones.
- Experiencia en diagnóstico y reparación de plomería.
- Habilidades en carpintería son necesarias.
- Se prefiere experiencia en sistemas de jardinería y riego.
Horario:
Turno de tarde: Lunes a Jueves de 3:30 p.m. a 2:00 a.m.
Compensación:
$27-30/hora según experiencia.
