Position Overview:
As a Facility Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the management and functionality of our healthcare establishment, ensuring that the services provided to clients are of the highest standard.

Core Responsibilities:


1. Team Leadership: You will be responsible for the recruitment and professional growth of the facility team, fostering effective communication, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring accountability within the team.

2. Office Management: This includes organizing daily operations, managing events, overseeing project transitions, establishing office policies, and maintaining vendor contracts. You will also assist with new employee orientations and disseminate important announcements through newsletters and intranet updates.

3. Vendor Coordination: Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, monitor their performance and quality, and explore new vendor opportunities to enhance service delivery.

4. Safety and Compliance: Ensure the safety and security of the facility by implementing emergency response strategies, adhering to local regulations, and serving as the point of contact for property management during off-hours.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of management experience in facilities services or a related field is desirable.
- Strong decision-making skills under pressure and excellent customer service abilities are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with financial management processes are advantageous.
