Financial Operations Supervisor

MSAD #51 is seeking a Financial Operations Supervisor to oversee and manage all financial operations of the school district.
The position includes responsibility for all expenditures, revenues, state/federal grants, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, contracts, financial controls, budget development, and supervision of the district Finance Office.
Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent field, is preferred. Experience working in a school finance office is also preferred.
Upon hire, you will be required to obtain a Criminal History Record Check (CHRC) from the Maine Department of Education.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all financial operations of the school district
Oversee all expenditures, revenues, state/federal grants, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, contracts, financial controls, budget development, and supervision of the district Finance Office
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
Provide financial guidance and support to district staff
