Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Seasonal Assembler 1st Shift to join our manufacturing team in Brillion, WI. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, operating machines, and performing assembly-type functions using hand or power tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery safely and efficiently
  • Livestock and promote AriensCo Core Values and Principles
  • Work as part of a team responsible for assembling outdoor power equipment
  • Perform any assembly-type functions using hand or power tools
  • Strictly adhere to standard work processes
Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (10 hours/day)
  • Must be able to lift up to 35lbs at varying frequencies
  • Ability to use hands to position parts in a fast-paced environment
  • Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
Compensation and Benefits:

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of $18/hour, guaranteed to increase by $1 every 6 months until reaching $20/hour.
