Job Overview
As a Cart & Janitorial Associate at Walmart, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers have a positive experience from the moment they step into our store to when they leave. This involves gathering carts from the parking lot, operating equipment to move them inside, and maintaining a clean environment by cleaning restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot as needed.

About the Role
You will be part of the Front-End Service team, working collaboratively with other associates to provide excellent customer service. You will work in all weather conditions, maintaining a positive attitude and commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather carts from the parking lot and transport them to designated areas inside the store
- Operate equipment to efficiently move carts from the parking lot to inside the store
- Clean restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot as required
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging weather conditions

Requirements
- Be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- Possess strong communication and teamwork skills
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
