ASPIRE Program Overview:

The ASPIRE Program is an 18-24 month rotational program designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to succeed in their field. Through a combination of real-world special projects, ongoing learning and development, and exposure to multiple areas of the business, participants will gain a well-rounded understanding of the industry and develop the skills required to become a future leader.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking critical thinkers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow. If you're a recent graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, and you're looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, we encourage you to apply.

Key Qualifications:

  • Recently graduated (within last 2 years) with a bachelor's or master's degree in applicable field
  • Excellent academic record with strong GPA (minimum 2.7)
  • 0-2+ years of relevant work experience (Internship(s) preferred)
  • Experience in Manufacturing (a plus)
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States
  • A willingness to learn on the job and grow your career through rotational assignments at multiple locations
