Job Summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a highly experienced District Asset Protection Manager to lead our asset protection efforts in a designated region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing asset protection strategies to prevent loss and ensure a safe shopping environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement asset protection programs to prevent loss and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead and manage a team of asset protection professionals to investigate and resolve incidents, and to provide training and guidance on asset protection best practices.
  • Collaborate with district and store management, human resources, legal, and operations teams to ensure effective communication and coordination on asset protection matters.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to reduce loss and improve asset protection.
  • Build and maintain relationships with law enforcement and other external partners to ensure effective collaboration and information sharing on asset protection matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in asset protection and share knowledge with the team to ensure we are always using the most effective strategies and techniques.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in retail asset protection, with a minimum of 2 years in a district or senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing asset protection programs that drive results.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel to all markets within the designated district, as needed.
