Job Summary

Pathlight Group is seeking an experienced Shared Living Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Shared Living Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social sciences, human services, or business administration, with a proven track record of managing care programs and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Shared Living Program, ensuring that each client receives the highest quality of life possible.
  • Coordinate with Shared Living Caregivers to provide support, resources, and guidance to guarantee top-notch care.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies, fostering a nurturing and safe environment for those we support.
  • Manage a caseload of clients, working tirelessly to ensure their needs are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social sciences, human services, business administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in case management.
  • Working knowledge of computer systems, programs, and applications.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation/vehicle required.
  • Acceptable CORI Background Screen.
