Pathlight Group is seeking a Program Director for Shared Living and Adult Family Care. This is a full-time, onsite position at our office in Pittsfield, MA.
As a Program Director, you will play a crucial role in the ongoing management and development of our programs. Your leadership and keen eye for detail will guide the direction of the program towards success and growth. The Program Director will ensure that the services are delivered in alignment with regulations and quality standards. Your administrative effectiveness will be key in achieving program goals and objectives, both within Pathlight Group and in collaboration with external agencies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advanced knowledge of a discipline such as human services, social sciences, or social work.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Over 5 years and up to and including 7 years of progressive learning experience.
- Working knowledge of computer systems, programs, and applications.
- LSWA or eligible.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation/vehicle and ability to travel is required.
