Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laser Systems Engineer to join our team at ProAutomated Inc. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for traveling to customer sites across the country to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of medical lasers.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our company. As a Medical Laser Field Service Specialist, you will be working with a variety of medical laser systems, troubleshooting and repairing issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to customer sites across the country to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of medical lasers
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in medical laser technology and best practices

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in field service or a related field
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of medical laser systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
