Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and propose optimal technical solutions tailored for emerging industrial sectors such as data centers, renewable energy, and telecom/5G.
2. Analyze customer challenges throughout the product lifecycle and translate these into actionable engineering requirements.
3. Summarize product capabilities and compliance to ensure superior long-term performance.
4. Review intricate electrical designs and propose innovative installation procedures and testing methodologies.
5. Spearhead the launch of new service solutions, enhancing customer support and operational effectiveness.
6. Utilize deep application knowledge to create valuable technical resources, including engineering whitepapers and web-based tools.
7. Promote CableTechSupport™ Services through various educational platforms and industry events.
8. Lead initiatives to develop and adopt new industry standards and codes.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in the Electrical Industry is required.
2. Proven expertise in Electrical Engineering, particularly in wire and cable applications.
3. Hands-on experience with cable splicing, terminations, and connectors is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
2. Extensive field experience in residential, commercial, and utility installations is highly desirable.
