Reliability Engineering Manager

The Maintenance Reliability Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of equipment and processes within the organization. This position is responsible for developing and implementing predictive and preventative maintenance strategies that minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders to ensure equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
- Collaborate with process engineers to identify and address equipment and process deficiencies.
- Provide leadership and support to guide employees in testing malfunctioning machinery and diagnosing malfunctions.
- Develop and maintain a computerized maintenance management system to track work orders and maintenance history.
- Monitor and analyze key maintenance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Previous technical supervisory experience demonstrating the ability to manage and lead a team.
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical systems with electronic controls.
- Five years of electrical experience with manufacturing equipment.
- Five years of mechanical experience with manufacturing equipment.
- Digital controls troubleshooting experience.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read specs and prints.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Word and Excel.
