Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Development Engineer to join our Advanced Materials and Metallurgy group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex engineering assignments and projects, requiring in-depth knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and materials engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new products and processes, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, and sales teams to champion R&D projects and drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute lab-based experiments to support R&D objectives and drive innovation.
  • Document and analyze results, using statistical data analysis to inform project decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, etc.)
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, materials, or machine engineering
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and materials engineering principles
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering
  • Project Management certification
  • Experience with 3D CAD design, computer modeling, and data acquisition
