Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Property Manager to join our team at Northwest Real Estate Capital Corporation. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our apartment communities and buildings. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our apartment communities, including resident relations, lease administration, and maintenance coordination.
  • Ensure that all properties are maintained to the highest standards, and that all residents receive excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction, retention, and overall property performance.
  • Collaborate with our maintenance team to ensure that all repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage budgets and financial reports for each property, ensuring that all financial goals are met.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of property managers and maintenance staff to ensure that all properties are operating at maximum efficiency.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and increase occupancy rates.
  • Monitor and analyze property performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address any issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in property management software and other relevant tools.
