Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of wind turbine components, including blades, towers, and electrical systems.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on wind turbines, including replacing damaged or worn-out components.
- Operate suspended platforms and other specialized equipment to access wind turbine components.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure safe and efficient completion of projects.
- 1-3 years of experience in wind energy or a related field.
- Hold GWO or similar certifications, such as OSHA 10, 1st Aid/CPR, Confined Space, Lockout/Tagout, NPFA70E, and work at heights/safety rescue.
- IRATA/SPRAT Rope Access certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work at heights up to 350ft.
- Willingness to travel throughout the USA and internationally.
- Ability to pass a pre-screening drug test and follow fit-for-duty policy requiring a drug-free workplace.
