ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Alyson Bradford - State Farm Agent is seeking a skilled Insurance Account Representative to join our team. As a key member, you will leverage your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends to communicate effectively with clients, identify their needs, and market relevant products or services.

Responsibilities include developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services. You will work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, maintain a strong work ethic, and contribute to successful long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Sales experience preferred
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Ability to effectively relate to a customer
Property & Casualty license

Compensation:
$28, $40,000.00 per year

State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.

Responsibilities:
