Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Storage Unit Inspections: Conduct daily inspections of storage units to ensure they are clean, secure, and ready for rental.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash drawers and make bank deposits as needed.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with customers regarding payment reminders, collections, and other important matters.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds, walk in/around facilities, and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between work locations.
