Customer Service Representative

Quipt Home Medical is a rapidly growing leader in the provision of clinical respiratory equipment and services. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, caregivers, and referral sources. You will provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services
- Process customer orders and handle billing and insurance inquiries
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner
- Participate in company training programs to stay up-to-date on products and services
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or clerical environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
