Office Clerk/Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk/Receptionist to join our team at TemPositions. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring that tenants are connected with the correct internal team members.
  • Organize and manage voicemail messages, ensuring that important messages are not missed.
  • Take clear and detailed messages, ensuring that all necessary information is captured.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, even in high-pressure situations.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual Spanish language skills are required.
  • Previous customer service experience or proficiency is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively with various personalities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
