Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Receptionist to join our team at AtWork Group. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our office operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Answer calls from customers and respond to their inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide support to management, including tasks such as mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying documents.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Prepare schedules and coordinate registrations for meetings and conferences.
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, direct visitors to the appropriate person and office, and maintain office security.
  • Communication: Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Required Qualifications
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous administrative assistant support experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in computer software, particularly Microsoft Office, is necessary.
  • The ability to pass drug testing and background checking is mandatory.
