  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations, including GAAP and tax laws.
  • Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the effective execution of accounting functions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of accounting experience, including supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably NetSuite; significant experience in streamlining AP and AR processes; strong background in manufacturing, inventory, and cost accounting; thorough understanding of Accounting Principles and Standards (GAAP); experience in working with international teams.
