Orthopedic Imaging Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Orthopedic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Orthopedic Associates. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for operating X-Ray equipment, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of the images produced.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate X-Ray equipment to produce high-quality images
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following radiation safety protocols
- Log and bill x-rays within electronic medical records
- Maintain stock within X-ray and Fluoroscopy rooms for radiographic procedures
Requirements:
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Ability to provide required documentation stating that the employee is legal to work in the United States
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
