Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Coordinator to join our team at AH Rocky Mountain. As a Grounds Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for facility grounds and performing general outside and inside maintenance duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain all equipment in proper working order, including lubrication and cleaning, reports and schedules necessary repairs.
  • Develop and implement water sprinkling systems schedule.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and/or repair sprinkler system, small engines, and other equipment.
  • Regularly prepares seeding or transplanting beds by cultivating soil and adding fertilizer or chemicals, cuts and trims grass as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience: 5 years of horticulture experience
  • Credential: Valid Colorado Drivers License
