In this role, you will act as the main liaison for ERP-related inquiries, working closely with both internal teams and external partners to resolve challenges and develop effective solutions. Your proactive approach will be essential in driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:


• Act as the primary subject matter expert for the Plex ERP platform, leveraging Plex and other vendors as necessary to maximize productivity and efficiency.


• Develop, document, and refine business processes across various Plex modules by collaborating with corporate and plant personnel.


• Provide assistance for EDI modification requests.


• Promote collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to improve the use of Plex ERP.


• Implement industry best practices to enhance efficiency within Plex ERP modules.


• Support the deployment and ongoing maintenance of MES Automation and Orchestration.


• Address user inquiries, both on-site and remotely.


• Show a strong commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:


• At least 3 years of practical experience in Plex ERP End User Support, Platform Enhancement, and Administration within a manufacturing environment.


• Expertise in managing and implementing Plex MES Automation and Orchestration, with a solid understanding of relevant concepts.
