Job Summary:

MRS Associates is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to lead the stable and secure operation of our technology systems. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Windows Desktop and Windows Server Administration
  • Perform Linux Server Administration (Amazon, RHEL, CentOS)
  • Perform Cloud Services Administration (AWS and Google)
  • Perform level 3 troubleshooting on PC and Server Hardware
  • Setup and Troubleshoot Networking Infrastructure (LAN and WAN)
  • Configure and maintain Firewalls and other Security Focused Appliances
  • Support Various Business Applications
  • Work with other departments and clients to resolve issues

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Dell PCs and Servers
  • Experience working within a security focused environment
  • Comfort in telecom circuit knowledge and troubleshooting
  • Windows PowerShell scripting exposure
  • Linux administration and scripting
  • AWS experience (EC2, VPC, Peering, RDS, EKS)
  • PaloAlto firewall management experience is a plus
  • Gsuite Administration a plus
  • Technical School, College or Equivalent Technical Certifications
