We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foster Care Program Manager to join our team at FosterHope Sacramento. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our foster care programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing support to foster families, children, and youth.
Key Responsibilities- Program Management: Direct and manage the implementation of foster care programs, including recruitment and onboarding of new foster families, monitoring home renewals, and providing liaison services to various agencies and stakeholders.
- Human Resources: Assist in hiring, disciplinary procedures, and annual performance evaluations, while providing supervision and support to program staff.
- Program Development and Marketing: Act as an ambassador for the agency, support recruitment efforts, monitor grants and budgets, and seek new opportunities and funding.
- Education: Master's degree in Social Work or related field approved by CCL.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in foster care or related field.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of foster care and Title 22 regulations, strong leadership, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
