Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Girikon, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing practical solutions to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, developing and implementing solutions to drive business growth.
  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful documents to inform business decisions.
  • Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories, ensuring clear and concise communication with development teams.
  • Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Closely work with business teams across multiple locations, fostering collaboration and driving business results.
  • Work on various projects, including integrations, acquisitions, and migrations, leveraging Salesforce expertise to drive business success.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience on Salesforce, with a strong understanding of various Salesforce clouds and integration with external systems.
  • Experience defining strategy, developing requirements, and implementing practical business solutions, with a focus on driving business growth and improvement.
  • Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's Degree with good GPA in Computer Science or equivalent field, with a strong foundation in business analysis and Salesforce expertise.
