Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead consulting teams on client engagements from scope definition to delivery
  • Contribute thought leadership by developing recommendations and engaging in client discussions
  • Develop and deliver project deliverables, including written and verbal communication
  • Build client relationships and understand customer requirements
  • Coach team members on opportunities for improvement and provide regular project-based feedback
  • Derive sound business insights from analysis of complex issues and recommend actionable solutions

Requirements:

  • BA/BS with strong academic background
  • 5+ years' experience in operations improvement, corporate strategy, or similar
  • 1+ year of post-MBA management consultant experience preferred
  • Understanding of federal clients' requirements and environmental factors
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and providing exceptional client experience
  • Demonstrated effectiveness applying program management practices across all phases of programs
  • Strong creative problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) credentials
  • Strong understanding of the Federal contracting industry
  • Master's Degree in business, engineering, education, social science, or related field
