The ideal candidate will have a strong background in higher education administration, with experience in student admissions and recruitment, college information services, and career services. They will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with faculty, staff, and students.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned higher education professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our students and the college as a whole.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic enrollment management plans to achieve college-wide goals for recruitment, retention, and enrollment.
- Foster a culture of student success, equity, and inclusion, and promote diversity and equity in all aspects of college life.
- Lead the development and implementation of programs and services to support student recruitment, retention, and success.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to identify and address barriers to student success.
- Develop and manage budgets to support enrollment management initiatives.
- Master's degree from an accredited institution.
- Significant higher education experience in student admissions and recruitment, college information services, or career services.
- Experience implementing programs and a proven track record of achieving enrollment goals and/or retention targets.
- Supervisory experience with staff at an assistant director level or above and a proven track record of collaborative leadership.
- Record of successful decision-making, data analytics, budget management, and goal achievement.
- Demonstrated record of student success innovation and initiatives.
- A leadership record with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
