Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Senior Rehabilitation Care Specialist to join our team at Abode Hospice and Home Health. As part of BrightSpring Health Services, we are committed to providing exceptional patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, and other discounts.

Job Description

In this role, you will assist physical therapists in executing customized treatment plans that deliver real results and exceed patients' expectations. You will work with patients to provide physical therapy services, clean and maintain equipment, and report any issues to ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • One year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injuries
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
