Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Correctional Probation Senior Officer to join our team at My Florida Corp Defunct. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supervising and monitoring a caseload of offenders, ensuring their compliance with supervision orders and providing guidance and support as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and monitor a caseload of offenders, ensuring their compliance with supervision orders
  • Provide guidance and support to offenders, including counseling and case management
  • Conduct field and office visits to ensure offender compliance and provide assistance as needed
  • Assess and identify offender needs, treatment options, and supervision objectives
  • Develop and implement structured treatment programs and client management classifications
  • Utilize information management systems to develop offender payment plans and enforce compliance
  • Maintain accurate and detailed case records, documenting offender background, legal history, treatment, and progress
  • Conduct pre-sentence, pre-trial, post-sentence, and other required investigations on offenders
  • Make recommendations on offenders under supervision or pending disposition to sentencing or releasing authorities
Requirements
  • Certified in accordance with Florida Statutes 943.13
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Valid driver's license as a condition of employment
