Job Summary

Dice is the leading career destination for tech experts at every stage of their careers. Our client, Jobot, is seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join their dynamic team in Fort Collins.

This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects, primarily in the areas of water, sewer, drainage, and grading. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, designing, developing, creating and maintaining construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Design and develop construction projects, including water, sewer, drainage, and grading systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with industry, regulatory, and departmental standards and protocols.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on water, sewer, drainage, and grading.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification is required.
  • Proficient in design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar.
  • Proven expertise in Land Desktop.
  • Strong knowledge of construction and design principles.
  • Excellent mathematical, IT and analytical skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and team working skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
