Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team at Goldfish Swim School. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales and registration transactions, and ensuring a positive experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to our members and guests
  • Process student registrations and sales transactions
  • Schedule and manage birthday/pool parties
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner
  • Assist clients with purchases of merchandise and vending
  • Monitor snack shack area and provide guidance to snack shack staff
  • Check voicemail and email correspondence and respond in a timely manner
  • Update informational displays with accurate and timely promotions and literature
  • Make collection calls to resolve open account problems
  • Prepare twice daily student lesson schedules for use by instructors and management staff
  • Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents and administer first aid when necessary
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required, some college preferred
  • Two years previous customer service and/or administrative office experience preferred
  • Intermediate level computer skills required using Word, Excel, and other software systems
  • CPR, First Aid, and AED certification preferred
