Key Responsibilities- Oversee case managers and support workers to ensure they are providing high-quality services to children and families
- Work with court systems and case managers to ensure families receive the necessary supports and services
- Supervise and support staff to build on their strengths and develop their skills
- Collaborate with the team to ensure families are receiving the best possible services
We are looking for someone with a strong background in social work or a comparable human service field, with a passion for helping families and children. A bachelor's degree in social work or a comparable field and four years of experience in direct service or case management, or an advanced degree in social work or a comparable field, are required. BSRB licensure is also necessary.
What We OfferAs a Supervisor at TFI Family Services, Inc., you will have the opportunity to work with a fantastic team who are dedicated to our mission and vision. We offer a wide range of benefits, including flexible scheduling, remote work options, and a competitive salary. You will also have access to 20 days of personal leave in your first year of employment and 25 days after completion of year one, as well as 12 paid holidays. We also offer a longevity bonus and tuition reimbursement.
