Supervisor of Family Permanency

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Supervisor to join our Permanency team at TFI Family Services, Inc.
As a Supervisor, you will oversee case managers and support workers who work with children and families to ensure they receive the necessary supports and services to thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee case managers and support workers to ensure they are providing high-quality services to children and families
- Work with court systems and case managers to ensure families receive the necessary supports and services
- Supervise and support staff to build on their strengths and develop their skills
- Collaborate with the team to ensure families are receiving the best possible services
We are looking for someone with a strong background in social work or a comparable human service field, with a passion for helping families and children.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- An advanced degree in social work or a comparable human service field
- Four years of experience in direct service or case management and BSRB licensure
- Strong managerial skills and the ability to supervise and support staff
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to working with families and children
