Family Permanency Supervisor

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Supervisor to join our Permanency team at TFI Family Services, Inc.
As a Supervisor, you will oversee case managers and support workers who work with children and families to ensure they receive the necessary supports and services to thrive.
Responsibilities- Oversee case managers and support workers to ensure they are providing high-quality services to children and families
- Work with court systems and case managers to ensure families receive the necessary supports and services
- Supervise and support staff to build on their strengths and develop their skills
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families
We are looking for someone with:
- An advanced degree in social work or a comparable human service field
- OR a bachelor's degree in social work or a comparable human service field and four years' experience in direct service or case management and BSRB licensure
- Excellent managerial skills and the ability to work with a team
- A passion for helping staff build on their strengths and develop their skills
