Responsabilidades

Colaborar con gerentes de proyectos, ingenieros y arquitectos para recopilar detalles del proyecto.

Analizar especificaciones del proyecto y planos para preparar estimaciones precisas.

Utilizar software como HeavyBid para fines de estimación.

Calcular costos de materiales, mano de obra y equipos para proyectos de construcción.

Negociar con proveedores y subcontratistas para obtener precios competitivos.

Monitorear y controlar los costos del proyecto a lo largo del proceso de construcción.

Visitar sitios de construcción para recopilar datos para las estimaciones.

Requisitos

Experiencia comprobada en estimación de construcción.

Amplio conocimiento de los procesos de gestión de construcción.

Dominio en el uso de software de estimación como BlueBeam.

Excelentes habilidades de gestión de proyectos.

Capacidad para negociar contratos y precios de manera efectiva.

Título universitario en Gestión de Construcción o campo relacionado (preferido).

Familiaridad con procedimientos y técnicas de control de costos.

Orientación al detalle.
