As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the COTA vision of making memories for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to COTA guests and team members.
  • Ensure the safety of all guests by thoroughly cleaning work areas and operating equipment according to company procedures.
  • Process payment transactions and maintain inventory levels.
  • Educate guests on the COTA Karting experience and operate amusement rides.
  • Enforce rider restrictions and ensure seat belts and lap bars are secure.
Requirements:
  • Strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25lbs.
  • Regularly required to talk, hear, and listen.
  • Ability to sit, stand, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
Work Environment:
  • Occasionally exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, wet or humid conditions, outdoor weather conditions, extreme cold, and extreme heat.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but is loud during events.
